Our Mission Statement

We are an independent charity supporting people who feel excluded from their local communities because of mental health problems or other barriers to social inclusion.

Our Vision Statement

To be the area's leading organisation in supporting people facing mental health problems and other inequality along the road to recovery through meaningful vocational activity.

Our Services

We have a joinery workshop where we recycle used timber into garden furniture, three retail shops selling a range of goods, two allotments in Hull and we support an offshoot charity offering places on a small holding near Woodmansey.

How does this help people with mental health problems?

The work activities and training we provide helps recovery from mental health problems through putting routine in place, making people feel valued and part of a team producing real products.

By providing a supportive work based environment for the development of experience and training, we empower people to improve their quality of life through building self confidence, facilitating social interaction in a non threatening situation and teaching practical skills so enhancing people's employability.
